I tiny little painting today, just for me

When you've been working on big paintings that are spoken for, it's fun to just do a little tiny painting of something just for yourself. I paint things that I enjoy looking at. If it sells wonderful, if not...I get to enjoy it on my walls for awhile. So the subject of this chubby little cutie (only 6 inches x 6", and on gallery wrapped canvas so it's pretty deep at 1.5 inches) should come to no surprise to those of you who frequent the FP.

I figure if I can't find any more ironstone pitchers, I can just start painting them and set them on the shelves next to the real stuff. Haha...

And as always, my paintings are for sale. If you see something you like please feel free to contact me.
Now stop playing on the computer and go to bed, and make me do the same. yaaawwwn.

Oh Linsey, that is beautiful - so precious!

I can't paint anything! And I mean ANYTHING, not even dollhouse furniture.

My grandfather was a lithographer, my sister, brother, uncle and both daughters are artists, and I can't even paint dollhouse furniture.

I love you can, it is awesome.

Hope you slept well. Going to be soon myself, was long day.

How sweet! Oh, the fun you are going to have creating pintings for those girls of yours! I hope your show went well.

Linsey,
your little painting is so sweet, it's the next best thing to the real thing, maybe even better! You are so talented, how fun to be able to sit down and create something so beautiful!

I have no talent for painting--unless it is painting things white! Your little painting is sweet.

It's gorgeous!! And such a beautifully simple design. Miss you dear friend. Hope to catch up soon. The ranch party is over, the MIL's house is in contract, and we finished our wildlife plan. I'm ready for a break. Woo hoo.

Linsey, this is so sweet! I love it! Your paintings are beautiful. I dabble in oil painting but I wouldn't even say I'm mediocre. This is my first visit here and I love what I see! I'm a new follower.

Oh when I grow up I wanna be you. :-) Your painting is so wonderful. I love it just as much as an ironstone pitcher itself...and Lord knows I love ironstone. Thank you for this wonderful post! I would love it if you would share this at our What’s It Wednesday blog party. Hope to see you there.
