A Lavender Vignette-Purple Cottage Hydrangea

Hey there! Here is my latest painting for sale. I am in love with it...but I need to sell it. Paintings are like sharks...gotta keep them moving! Thank you to those of you who support me selling my paintings in my posts. I don't really have any other way to get them "out there" without finding a gallery. And I know I have an audience that is into the same "look" as me so I really appreciate you tolerating my sales pitches :D You all are very encouraging and I love you for that♥

This painting is in an antique chunky faded gold frame. I like that the gold paint on really old frames loses its' shiny newness and takes on a bronzy faded patina.

It measures 21"x19" with the frame.

Contact me at thefarmhouseporch@yahoo.com if you are interested in buying. The paint is still wet so it must wait a few weeks before being shipped.

*It's so hard to photograph textured wet paint, as you can see by the reflections

Thank you for looking!

♥Linsey

...and here's a big painting I just started. What are we thinking of this one?

  4. Thank you thank you!!! This one is $175 but I will have to add $25 for shipping if you are not able to pick it up in the Houston or DFW areas. It is very heavy.

  10. Thanks for stopping by at Quirky Vistas, Linsey. Oh my goodness, your paintings are gorgeous and I'm not one who usually is a big fan of paintings unless they are watercolor. But I do so love these, especially "Crepe Myrtle in a Mason Jar". It is perfect in color and simplicity and with the little dropped leaves and petals, I'm loving it. I have a painting in a similar vein that my aunt did in watercolor that I was given when she died. I wish I had the cash to buy a painting from you. For now I'll have to enjoy the picture of the painting. But seriously, that is beautiful and I'm in love with the color on the flowers. Perfect. I'm sure that will get snapped up quickly!
